Shipping policy

Shipping destinations

We ship to all EU countries with the exception of Malta and Cyprus.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Dispatch times are the same for all products.

Delivery times

  • Austria: 1–2 business days
  • Germany, Czechia, Poland, Italy, the Netherlands: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of the EU: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping zone. We group countries into shipping zones, and the final cost is always displayed before payment.

Free shipping thresholds:

  • Austria: free shipping from €50
  • Rest of the EU: free shipping from €150

Shipping carriers

Orders are shipped via DPD and Austrian Post.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Customs and duties

As we currently ship within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local regulations, especially regarding alcoholic beverages.

Failed delivery / incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance:

  • We may attempt to contact you and arrange a correction for a second delivery attempt (not guaranteed).
  • If the parcel is returned to us, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Reshipping requires payment of new shipping costs.
  • If the order is canceled, we will refund the order value minus any incurred shipping and return costs.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. This is not a condition of your statutory rights, but it helps us claim against the carrier. If you can, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or resolution accordingly.

Partial shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability.

Age restrictions (alcoholic beverages)

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age in your country of residence. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is reasonable doubt regarding age eligibility. Customers are responsible for complying with local laws regarding the purchase and import of alcoholic beverages.
